Hi all - looking for an onsite badge printing option - ideally that can integrate with splash but not required. Can be basic and print off a sticker or a badge that can attach to a lanyard. This will be used throughout the year for events that are ~50-250 attendees.
In a past role, we were able to work with Splash to help us get set up with Brother badge printers that we owned! Could be worth chatting directly with Splash--their team was really helpful!
Splash has add-on services where you can rent the equipment needed to be shipped for DIY setup and use onsite!
the only caveat to the Brother printers, which integrate easily and can be branded, is that you need a solid wifi connection. we had to buy mifi's to travel with, as relying on hotel wifi was not sufficient. they're not expensive, just another step.
@EventPlanner879 not sure if you are still looking, but my partner does badging for any size show/event -- they bring Zprinters onsite and it can be sticker, print, lanyard etc. More inexpensive than you think-- his email is: [email hidden] and his name is Ben.
