The Break Down & Boss Up Conference & Award Ceremony was a 2 day conference. The first day was a day of empowerment and goal setting for the present and future. Games were played that made women think and speakers that empowered and made you want to reach for bigger and better goals. The second day was an award show, where women were celebrated and recognized for their achievements.
