This event was a SXSW activation with two parts: a 3-day lounge and a concert. The goal of these events was to build brand awareness, drive customer retention and nurture prospects who were in town for SXSW. We wanted to align the brand with futuristic thinking, but not have it feel unreachable. So although we used an edgy-take on a space theme, we incorporated messaging like “The Future is Here”. Both the lounge (Social Suite) and the concert (Social Stage) were designed to be “Instagrammable” while also driving connection within the spaces.
