Our brief was to showcase Aloft Hotels at the opening reception of the world’s largest hotel investment conference to over 2,000 delegates. This audience knows hotels. They frequently attend hospitality conferences and are often left feeling jaded due to the typical corporate event format. We had to shake up this narrative and have our guests feeling invigorated and motivated to invest into this fast growing brand. To do this, we needed to curate an experience that encouraged a real sense of discovery, peppered with surprise and delight moments synonymous with the playful Aloft brand: - A beautifully designed handheld map, resembling an Aloft key card, telling the brand story - Sizzle reel showcasing the properties - Stunning bars serving signature tiki cocktails - Diverse grab-and-go style food menu - A pool scene framed by a Hollywood-esque sunset - Performances by The Sturdy Souls and DJ Mia - Flipbook photo experience - Curated Spotify playlist highlighting the brands tech pillar - Shareable moments to include giant Aloft letters, boozy ice pops served from stunning bar carts, giant games and pro pool players “here are many moving parts with this event, and your detailed plan to make this event come to life was right on the mark. In order to turn a 20,000 square foot ballroom in three hours, while creating unique touch points, entertainment elements and décor (while managing a volume of vendors) is a daunting task – but you rose to the occasion!" - JW Marriott
