BTFA Inaugural Gala 2024

The prompt was “flowers” and it was integral to partner with a florist who could execute our vision. One of the highlights was the live floral wall we designed for the event. The floral team took our vision and crafted a breathtaking backdrop with a mix of oversized faux florals and fresh cut stems, that were absolutely perfect for photos. This collaboration with the Black Trans and Femme Artists Collective showcased our ability to create enchanting and memorable environments that resonate with the community's bold spirit and energy. Additionally, our idea of using leaf menus added an extra touch of greenery to the soft velvety blush pink table settings, making the theme even more immersive and fun. The tables were transformed into a floral fantasy with oversized blooms and fresh-cut stems, creating a visually stunning and cohesive look. The smokey glassware brought the final touch of sophistication to the design of this gala.
