In this workshop, attendees paired the holiday-perfect cheese with our aged teas. Full of surprises and unexpected twists, everyone left wondering why wine has been the only beverage traditionally paired with cheese. The Art of Tea Pairing workshops explore the powerful combination of flavors by pairing a variety of teas with another element. In the past, we have featured chocolates from Michelin Chef Gabriel Kreuther and pastries from Baccarat Hotel pastry chef Rosario Wakabayashi. All of Mansa's workshops are led by a Certified Tea Sommelier.
