PatPat wanted to use the holidays to engage with customers. To bring holiday cheer to Los Angeles families, they partnered with RMNG through Klarna to design a festive experience that would surprise & delight. After walking through an archway of PatPat red & Klarna pink, guests were met with PatPat’s holiday-themed family pajama sets. The next stop was the stage where they could do the PatPat dance with a Christmas morning backdrop. An email address earned guests a download link for their recorded videos, which they could share online! The DIY KidZone included postcards for Santa & holiday-themed face painting. PatPat dance participants even got to play with a handheld bubble machine! The activation was unique because it was managed by Klarna rather than PatPat, but the client services team at RMNG was able to keep everyone aligned. The venue had strict regulations regarding Klarna signage, but RMNG’s experience working with thousands of venues allowed them to build an exceptional activation. The design team at RMNG had tight space limitations. From the photo booth backdrop and KidZone to the uniquely-shaped tables built to fit the sidewalk & grass, the team was able to design a footprint that transported guests into a winter wonderland!
