Shadowbox Design Management was proud to partner with Adelphi University to produce and manage their commencement ceremony at the iconic Nassau Coliseum. This milestone event celebrated the achievements of Adelphi’s graduating class in a setting designed to match the significance of the occasion. Our team handled every aspect of event production and management—from staging, lighting, and audio, to video production, rigging, and logistics. We transformed the arena into a memorable and inspiring environment for graduates, families, faculty, and guests. High-definition video displays, professional-grade sound systems, and dynamic lighting design elevated the experience for all in attendance. Working closely with university staff, Shadowbox ensured a seamless execution from initial planning through show day—coordinating timelines, managing crews, and maintaining a focus on quality and precision every step of the way.
