Havaianas Activation

For the Havaianas activation at the Disney Springs Orlando Concert Series, our team provided full-service scenic support, overseeing design, fabrication, printing, and on-site installation of all branded assets. The vibrant experience brought the spirit of summer to life with bold colors, playful graphics, and tropical-inspired set pieces. We built and installed custom elements including: A multi-tiered performance stage with colorful branded backdrops and integrated lighting truss. Oversized sculpted flip-flops and detailed sand art installations, adding tactile, photo-friendly features. A tiki-style booth wrapped in real bamboo and trimmed in neon branding. Custom-painted surfboards and racks showcasing the Disney Springs x Havaianas collaboration. Fully wrapped flooring with vivid, large-scale printed graphics to transform the entire environment. From large scenic structures to fine detail work, this activation was a vibrant, immersive experience designed to reflect Havaianas' brand energy and elevate the concert atmosphere at Disney Springs.
