From Mexican Salsas Experience
For this event, I was hired to lead an interactive, hands-on pasta-making class for a group of 25–50 guests. It was a fun, engaging culinary experience that brought people together through food. I designed a 90-minute session where we hand-crafted three distinct pasta shapes from scratch. We provided all ingredients and kitchen utensils, ensuring a smooth and fully immersive experience for every participant. Guests cooked together, learned new techniques, and prepared a seasonal brown butter sage sauce with lemon zest, pistachios, and Parmigiano-Reggiano. The class concluded with a shared meal, creating a warm, communal atmosphere and memorable culinary experience.
