A Bespoke Book Launch in Central London

When a publishing house approached us to support the launch of a new book, our team of bespoke event planners couldn’t wait to take on the challenge. We were tasked with creating a sophisticated event for 300 guests—including politicians and London-based celebrities—at a London venue that set the stage for a spectacular evening. For the event itself, we aimed to create an experience that celebrated the book’s launch while leaving a lasting impression on each and every guest. We introduced bespoke decor into the venue’s naturally grand spaces to create a warm, welcoming, and sophisticated environment. Beautiful yet subtle floral displays and thoughtfully designed lighting complemented the bar area aesthetic and social spaces while also complementing the venue’s historic character. From the moment guests arrived, they were made to feel special. Warm welcomes at the grand entrance set the tone, and as they stepped into the main event space, ‘The Rubens’ painted ceiling murals and hanging chandeliers brought the luxury of the occasion to life.
