Curation Events was hired by Spotify’s HR team to design and produce a one-day internal activation celebrating the company’s new healthcare benefit providers for 2026. The event needed to transform what’s typically a dry topic, open enrollment, into an engaging, memorable, and brand-aligned experience for 300+ employees.
Curation Events developed a full “Wellness Carnival” concept, blending playful design with wellness-driven interactivity.
Key activations included:
Blind Box Vending Machine: Custom-designed vending activation with surprise swag items. A mix of custom designed swag and culturally relevent give-aways.
Drawing Booth: Live sketch artists created hand-drawn “photo booth” portraits for guests.
Wellness Snacks: A curated menu including healthy mini donuts in collaboration with a Michelin-trained pastry chef.
Clay Station: Employees sculpted wellness-inspired creations with a professional ceramic artist.
Zen Rhythm Game (Aetna Branded): A rhythm challenge testing mindfulness and focus, complete with a leaderboard and prizes for top participants.
Spin to Win: A lyric-based trivia game leading to prize spins for branded swag and wellness goodies.
Curation handled all creative design, branding, vendor sourcing, fabrication, logistics, and onsite management.
