The goal was to deliver flawless stage coverage and crystal-clear audio for 300+ on-site attendees while simultaneously engaging a global digital audience of 600+ participants spanning over 6,000 miles. Key Production Elements: Multi-Camera Broadcast: Deployed a four-camera professional setup with dedicated operators to capture dynamic angles and transitions for a broadcast-standard viewer experience. Audio Engineering: Managed professional audio engineering and wireless microphone systems to ensure total clarity for both in-room panelists and remote audiences. Proprietary WiFi Infrastructure: Overcame SXSW’s notorious bandwidth congestion by deploying a proprietary remote WiFi network to guarantee an uninterrupted livestream feed. Custom Stage & Lighting: Designed a custom stage and lighting environment to enhance on-site aesthetics and optimize visual quality for the multi-channel live feeds.
