Maxwell Social became home to 30 of New York's top planners for an intimate Wine and Dine industry gathering. It was a rare moment to slow down during a winter snowstorm and connect over great food and conversation. Throughout the whole evening we made sure that every detail was thoughtfully executed, from smooth guest communication and weather updates to managing RSVPs and keeping everyone informed throughout the night. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting with a burgundy and blue palette that was fun for winter, a decadent four-course dinner featuring standout dishes like lobster pasta, and tequila espresso martinis that brought warmth to the snowy evening. Guests settled in and reconnected with both new and familiar faces in the industry.
