| What's Included | To get started - We will draw up a personalized quote for your specific needs. Once staff are booked, we go over all your needs at the 6 Week mark and the 2 Week mark to make sure that we have all your details noted for staff. This way your staff are totally prepared for your wedding! Our staff can assist with all (or any combination) of the following services: • Ceremony seating setup • Room flips between ceremony and reception • Full reception setup including tables, chairs, linens, and place settings • Passed or buffet style appetizers • Food service (For most food vendors, we recommend buffet) • Bartending (full bar, beer & wine, champagne toasts – Shots are not permitted) • Bussing and clearing • Full breakdown and clean-up. Client’s personal serving and/or décor items will be handled with care, but remain the client’s responsibility. • Handling Rentalware (unpacking and repacking for pickup). |
