Our modern-industrial space is perfect for the craft beer experience, a place where you’ll be greeted with our warm hospitality, and an experience unlike any other in Central Illinois.The Barrel Room at DESTIHL Brewery offers a vast array of menu selections from DESTIHL Restaurant & Brew Works and the Beer Hall. Our culinary team will work with each host to hand-select the perfect menu for your event.

In-house catering
All food & beverage service is done in house by our team. We have an event menu you can order appetizers, dinner, late night snacks & dessert from and we can host a bar featuring our DESITHL beer, wine & spirits. We also offer N/A beverages.
Technology
In-house A/V
We have a projection screen, PA system with cordless microphone & speakers available with the space. There is also overhead speakers that pump in house music.
Transportation
We have a large parking lot with plenty of spots for all of your guests. We can also help facilitate special shuttle or limo services.
Furniture
All 8-foot harvest tables, black padded folding chairs, barrel cocktail tables, china, silverware, glassware & linen napkins are all included with the space.
Load In
You can load in for set up 1 hour before your rental time. Typically, for weddings this is 10am. All load in happens from the back entrance so it's a short distance from parking lot to set up.
Guest Access
Your guests will enter through the main doors of our Beer Hall and into the Barrel Room. Event hosts & vendors can enter through the back if needed.
Storage
Plenty of storage in our warehouse right off the Barrel Room
Cleaning and Trash Removal
The DESTIHL team will take care of all clean up & trash removal.
Permits and Insurance
None needed, all secured by DESTIHL.
Discounts for Nonprofits
We offer a reduced food & beverage minimum to non-profit organizations on Tuesday and can offer a reduced food & beverage minimum or waive the deposit depending on the event.
