Harry's Plaza Cafe

For over fifty years, Santa Barbara locals and visitors have enjoyed the unique nostalgic ambiance of Harry’s Plaza Cafe in Loreto Plaza. The history of Santa Barbara is proudly displayed in over 1500 photographs that grace the walls of one of Santa Barbara’s most popular restaurants. Harry Davis opened the Santa Barbara eatery in 1968 to begin what would become an enduring tradition of serving American comfort food, beer, wine, and cocktails in an old-time relaxed, and comfortable venue. Local restaurateur John Scott purchased the restaurant in 2002 and restored Harry’s to its original charm, keeping the restaurant nostalgic and fun. Groups large and small have gathered in Harry’s Ranchero Room, perfect for private parties for up to 80 guests.
