The Asbury restaurant, nestled by the lobby at the city’s only historic hotel, is named in honor of Louis Asbury, Sr. In 1929, the Charlotte architect designed what is now The Dunhill Hotel. Today, the modern, Southern restaurant honors the past, celebrates the seasons, and looks forward. Modern space inside The Dunhill Hotel serving rustic Southern fare made with farm-fresh ingredients.
