A progressive American steakhouse, EDGE Restaurant is led by Executive Chef Simon Purvis, who sources local products and seasonal produce. Injecting excitement into the typical dining experience, EDGE offers Colorado-ranched beef and other prime cuts seared to perfection over a pecan wood-fired grill. For small events and intimate dining, EDGE offers three smartly-designed, glassed-in private dining areas, one featuring a chef's table experience with views into the state-of-the-art kitchen. The adjacent and lively EDGE Bar, with its "see and be seen" reputation, mimics the restaurant menu with gourmet small plates, such as Steak Asado.
