The Kitchen is a Michelin-starred restaurant serving an eight-course prix fixe dinner menu based upon a weekly seasonal framework and featuring the best and freshest ingredients available daily, most of which are procured locally and regionally. The executive chef and staff present the meal in a lively, theatrical demonstration format. Upon arrival, we welcome our guests to relax, order libations, snack on hors d’oeuvres, and relax on the patio.
