The Caribou Club opened its doors in 1990 as Aspen’s first members-only club, offering world-class dining, an extensive wine list, bar and nightclub. In that spirit, we proudly offer elegant yet approachable cuisine crafted from the finest ingredients and a staff of genuine individuals who happily attend to the needs of our members and their guests. It is our sense of hospitality, family and attention to detail that ensures an exceptional experience. Because life’s most important moments are reason to celebrate, and so is our favorite “just because” party, we offer Caribou Catering, a luxury catering and event company, brought to you with the same professionalism and expertise that you have come to expect from the club. Corporate, social and wedding catering offered 365 days a year to members and non-members alike.
