Cancellations
The Red Circle Inn requires a written notice that you wish to cancel your event, otherwise your date will not be released. Fifty percent of the deposit payment is refundable only if a party of equal or greater size is booked in its place. Red Circle Inn will endeavor to rebook your date, however, to mitigate financial loss to The Red Circle Inn, Red Circle Inn reserves the right to rebook any size party in place of your event. Down payment will be returned one week after the date of the event.
