Tour the Gold Coast era guest house year-round, and during summer, take a dip in the historic pool. There's something for everyone to enjoy!

The Beach House has partnered with a diverse group of caterers, at your service to craft memorable fare for your event. Please note that outside food and beverage is not permitted at the Beach House.
Technology
Projector, screen, and basic audio are available for A/V needs (built-in in Event House rooms & Sand & Sea Room, unit available for rent for Guest House). Please note that we do not have an A/V tech onsite, and encourage clients to hire an outside vendor for A/V needs beyond a simple presentation.
Transportation
Parking is available year-round on a first come, first served basis. When you arrive, note the number of your space and pay at the Park & Pay machines located in each section of the lot. The Beach House lot has 14 preferred parking spaces for fuel efficient vehicles and 12 disabled parking spaces. Guests displaying a valid Disabled Person placard or license plate, or Senior Beach permit issued by the City of Santa Monica, may park in the Beach House lot at no charge.
Sustainability
The Beach House is another step forward in the City of Santa Monica's commitment to sustainability - it has been awarded a Gold LEED rating from the US Green Building Council.
