Small plates will satisfy those who are hungry. Dear Irving on Hudson is located on the 40th and 41st Floors of the Aliz Hotel near Times Square. The bi-level space, accommodates up to 300 guests, making it the highest open-air penthouse in the city for enjoying craft cocktails.
