The restaurant, along with our private dining space—The Rosie Room—is dedicated to Rosalyn “Rosie” Bennett Lyon, also known as ZuZu. She was the beloved matriarch of the family that owns Hotel Valley Ho, as well as a fantastic cook, who believed that food is better when it's shared with the people you love. This little restaurant personifies what we love about Arizona; the rich sense of history, warm hospitality, and all its gentle reminders that we should never take ourselves too seriously.
