Our building provides a wide range of versatility that would work perfectly for any type of film/TV shoot. We have spaces that are furnished & completed, along with 40,000 square foot floors that are completely bare and ready to be turned into your next set. We have an outdoor space with views of Grand Central Station, Chrysler Building and the Helmsley Building. We have bars and restaurants. We have offices. The options are endless! With most of our companies working from home over the next few months, the building itself has been widely available with not much foot traffic coming through. The building is open 24/7 and has 2 large freight elevators that go to every floor. Our events team will be with you every step of the way from the initial inquiry through event wrap up.
