Host is responsible for gratuity of $100 or 20%, whichever is greater. $500 fee if no bar service is required. No outside alcohol allowed. *Spirits available upon request. Any licensed caterer of your choosing. Caterers are responsible for all serving utensils and trash clean up. $200 fee if catering is not cleaned up by end of rental time.

Current COVID-19 Protocols: - Guests must wear a mask to place orders at the bar to ensure the safety of guests and our staff. - Please be aware of and inform guests of the COVID-19 protocols issued by the state. - No self-serving buffets. We recommend the caterer having a server at the buffet table. - No cash will be accepted at the bar, only cards. - We have a plexy-glass divider on the bar to ensure guest and staff safety during interactions with our staff.

Cancellations

Our COVID-19 policies are as follows: If the state or city passes restrictions that prohibit the event from taking place due to COVID-19 and a future date cannot be rescheduled, then we will refund the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Storage

No storage on site.

Cleaning and Trash Removal

• Caterers assume responsibility for removing all food-related trash at event’s conclusion. Caterer may use the dumpsters on ABC property, located behind Avondale Common House and Distillery off 3rd Avenue South. All boxes must be broken down before entering dumpsters or recycling bins. $200 cleaning fee if food and catering equipment is not cleaned up by the end of the rental time.
