Cancellations: Should you choose to cancel your event, cancellations or change of date must be in writing and the booking fee is non-refundable. However, you may transfer to a mutually agreeable alternate date within two years.

You agree to obtain general liability insurance covering the day of the event in the minimum amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) in a form and amount satisfactory to us. A certificate of insurance and a policy endorsement naming Harmony Meadows as an additional insured on the policy must be provided to us at least three business days before the date of the event. Event day insurance may be available through www.wedsafe.com or your insurance broker.
