The Lawn

The Lawn is the central park of the property where all major events are hosted, and where on any given day you'll find families & young professionals playing and basking in the sun. The space has 7 outlets around the perimeter and is surrounded by restaurants. At one end of The Lawn are steps with a large over sculpture with programmable LED lights - a natural concert or performance staging area. On the other side of The Lawn is a concrete pad (also available for events) at the corner of Palm Way & Rock Rose Blvd. Standing capacity on The Lawn is between 750-850, however, the street parallel to The Lawn (Rock Rose Ave.) can be blocked off for large scale events, raising the standing & viewing capacity for events on The Lawn to 1000+.
