Terras is our tropical rooftop bar and restaurant with unrivaled views of the Miami Skyline and a menu inspired by urban street foods found throughout Latin American regions. Terras [terr-ahs] borrows from the Latin "terr" which pays homage to the earth that lends us nutrients to fuel the plants and vegetables that feed our menu and souls. The discoveries of our worldly protagonist through her expeditions manifested in an appreciation for the earth, for new cultures, and for sharing those experiences with others through food, drink, design, and spirit. The menu is inspired by urban street foods found throughout the South American, Caribbean, and Latin American regions, refined through technique and the highest quality ingredients - herbs, fruits, and spices pulled from our property's gardens. The menu embraces plant and veggie forward dining across small dishes and casual finger foods.
