Garage Parking Available. First two hours are complimentary. Each hour after is $5/hr.

All activities of the event must stay inside until after 9pm. Hard stop on outside noise at 12am; hard stop on event at 2am.

In the event of cancelation by the client, the following liquidated damages are: More than 270 days prior to event date, 20% of total agreed amount | 270-181 days prior, 30% of total agreed amount | 180- 151 days prior, 50% of total agreed amount | 150-91 days prior, 75% of total agreed amount | inside 90 days prior, 100% of total agreed amount.

Direct and covered access from the parking garage.

Overnight storage comes with additional fees.

Required cleaning fees are added to all contracts.

All vendors must provide a copy of a current COI and liquor license if serving alcohol.
