The exquisite design of The Cecil Steakhouse and Minton’s Playhouse was an ambitious undertaking by Architects Silvia Zofio & Alfonso Badillo. These spaces were designed to provide Harlem with a one of a kind establishment to showcase not just the gastronomy arts, but also the visual, architectural, and performing arts.
