When we first started brewing beer, only four other brewpubs existed. Now, we are the oldest brewpub in California, the only brewpub still using original brewing equipment and the only brewpub still owned and operated by the original founders. Many successful brewers got their start on our 7-barrel system, going on to establish their own breweries, win esteemed awards and so much more.
