Copine offers contemporary American cuisine executed with classical French technique and attention to detail. We are pleased to welcome you for our 3 Course Prix Fixe dinner service. Chef Shaun McCrain and his team strive to produce balanced, thoughtful plates with influence from around the globe; note that we write a new menu each week. Additionally, we create optional custom wine and alternative beverage pairings to enjoy with dinner.
