Hazel

Hazel is a bar that is comfortably nestled on Old South Pearl Street, in the heart of one of Denver’s most historic neighborhoods. Old South Pearl is known for its charming community, one-of-a-kind locally owned shops, and unique retailers and boutiques. There you will find some of the city’s hottest restaurants, an exceptional farmer’s market, and seasonal music festivals. Native to the ‘hood, I wanted to pursue my dream of opening Hazel to establish an element of the whimsical and artistic energy provided by the community of Old South Pearl. I designed Hazel to be a neighborhood cocktail bar that will nurture the roots entrenched in South Pearl Street history. I hope to continue to write this history with a place where guests can experience the art and craft of our mixologists.
