Aqua e Vino is an Italian style bistro located in Charlotte, North Carolina that specializes in serving North Italy cuisine with classic European and Mediterranean influences. The restaurant features casual dining in a refined atmosphere with outdoor seating. Aqua e Vino utilizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients and features a menu that changes daily. This culinary enterprise is the vision and life long aspiration of Italian born and trained Chef, Gabriele Grigolon. Drawing from career experiences in Milan, Monte Carlo, Paris and the USA, Chef Grigo selects from the freshest local produce as well as global purveyors of rare foods and delicacies not found in the region.
