Completely self taught, our passion for cooking is fueled and inspired by those beautiful memories in Japan that we yearn for, where it becomes deeper than just the food and transaction. It's everything else - the people, the connections, the relationships, the love for what we do, it's a piece of us. Our simple goal is to refine what we do each and every day, and to craft personal and meaningful food that we also love eating ourselves.
