We encourage guests to get their hands dirty. Our flavors are bold, to fit a high energy environment. We love being introduced to new ingredients, flavors, and methods of cooking, and those are exactly the kinds of moments of novelty we want to create for everyone who experiences our food. Also important, nothing that takes itself too seriously. We’re playful, and above all, want our guests to have fun in this space.
