Dept of Culture was born out of the IYA EBA popup dinner series hosted by Ayo Balogun of the Council Café. Steeped in the belief that we share more commonalities than differences, Dept of Culture was created to explore an evening of conversation in an intimate setting with a tasting menu inspired by north-central Nigerian cooking.
