Locust is Trevor Moran's first solo restaurant and was recently named Restaurant of the Year by Food & Wine Magazine and acknowledged on The New York Times' Restaurant List 2022. The seafood, dumpling, and shaved ice-centric cuisine at Locust also offers icy, refreshing highballs and a choice of wines chosen by Wine Director Laura Carlson.
