Influenced by travels to Rome, Adrienne's was inspired by the traditional Italian “espresso” bar concept that seamlessly morphs from day to night. Being the first to conceive a “pizza” bar concept in NYC and to honor Harry’s wife Adrienne, Frank Casano and Peter Poulakakos opened Adrienne’s Pizzabar NYC in 2004, an upscale and lively pizza-meets-bar restaurant.
