A family owned and run by James Beard nominated Chef and owner, Barclay Dodge, and his wife, Molly Dodge. It is their vision to cultivate a personal sense of welcoming to their guests as Bosq is an extension of their home. Passionate about the tradition of agriculture in the Aspen Valley.
