Dentō is a wine and sake bar that offers some elevated small bites such as caviar, sashimi, and crudo. The wine program offers a worldly list with an emphasis on Champagne, Chablis, Beaujolais, and Burgundy. The wines are hand selected, boutique, terroir driven, and of high quality. The Saké selection conveye's the unique expressive tastes from the great Toji of Japan. Dentō is Japanese for "Tradition", which the French and Japanese Cultures share a rich history filled with traditions. In addition, both cultures have a deep passion for quality and share a sense of place; terroir.
