About
The perfect cup of coffee will always be in the mug of the beholder, but at Radio we believe that coffee should be delicious and sweet- A work of art- not the bitter mess produced by imprecise control of brewing variables, oxidation, and poor attention to detail. We have proudly served Stumptown and Coava Coffee Roasters (Portland, Ore), Little City (Austin, Tx) and Wild Gift (Austin, Tx) but after five years of serving other outstanding roasters’ beans, in 2019 we took the leap to exclusively serve our own RCB Roasters’ blends in the cafe. We source coffees from all over the world, and strive to maintain transparent, quality-based relationships with their farmers along the way. From plant to portafilter, we pay homage to these folks through their own careful attention to detail at every step in the process, from quality control in their cupping labs, to meticulous roasting profiles and extensive barista education.
