In their earliest incarnations, the small, simple, colonial eateries offered up readily available ingredients for the community’s consumption and fostered neighborly socialization. Brushland aims to revisit the classics, serving dishes that conjure memories of relatives or childhood, evoking the warmth of a bustling kitchen.
