The Deer and The Dove is a neighborhood restaurant serving “rustic new American dishes” — think rabbit, duck, and venison prepared in the kitchen’s wood-burning oven — along with smaller dishes comprising of ingredients from local and small Georgia farms. Koval’s menu includes several dishes cooked in a wood-burning oven and lean into the chef’s penchant for using mostly in-season and local ingredients. The beverage program is created around carefully crafted cocktails and a sustainable wine list. Our wine list is focused on organic, bio-dynamic and natural wines from around the world.
