Specialties Ba Bar is the place for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Seattle. We use the highest quality ingredients to create the best Pho in town. We also have one of the top selections of high-end spirits on Capitol Hill and we make a great Moscow Mule to boot. History Established in 2011. Sophie and Eric Banh grew up together eating street food in Saigon, and that was really the inspiration for Ba Bar. When they first opened Monsoon Seattle in 1999, they drew much of their inspiration from the very same "street food" we are serving. With Ba Bar, we're just a little closer to the street. But yeah, same owners. Same chefs. The same commitment to quality.
