Takuya (Taku) Watanabe was the founder and chef patron of Jin Paris (first sushi omakase in Paris to get a Michelin star which has retained it to date for the last 10 years). As executive chef at Taku Mayfair, you can now experience his amazing culinary skills. Everything at Taku Mayfair is unique - Chef Taku’s sushi is unique and distinctive and he has crafted the whole omakase experience for you to enjoy from the comfort of Taku Mayfair. Elements of wood and natural stone complimented by a waterfall of light makes this one of the most intimate and delicious experiences in the U.K. Please note that Taku offers an Omakase menu consisting of raw and cooked fish, shellfish and gluten.
