Whether it’s a lunchtime treat, or a fun start to a Saturday night, a cocktail adds another dimension to your meal. We craft bespoke cocktail lists at each site that represent both the season and the coastal vibe of Sydney. Milk Beach has always been synonymous with low-intervention wines. We work with specialist wine importers Modal Wines and Les Caves de Pyrene, alongside premium importers Liberty Wines and Alliance Wines to curate a carefully handpicked selection of sustainable, terroir-driven, elegantly crafted wines.
