After time spent at some of Amsterdam's most esteemed restaurants, chefs Gabriël Verheij and Alexandre Scour began to experiment with dishes that would showcase the pair's creativity and playful cooking style, without the restrictions placed on Michelin-starred kitchens. Honing their approach and building a dedicated fan base through near-constant pop-ups, residencies and collaborations across the Dutch capital, Gabriel and Alex then looked to London to showcase their creations. TBC - The Butter Club - was born.
